A field inspection was carried out to review the status of the Over Head Tank (OHT) and associated infrastructure under the KSRWSP. During the visit, the OHT structure was found to be structurally stable and functional. The staging, tank condition, inlet–outlet arrangements, and access ladder were inspected. The staircase and platform were observed to be in usable condition, and fencing around the OHT premises was provided to restrict unauthorized access.

The concerned authorities were immediately instructed to take corrective measures and ensure timely rectification to maintain uninterrupted water service to the villagers.
